What is PQI?

Performance Quality Improvement: 

PQI is an agency-wide mindset acknowledging a constant need for growth and improvement within the agency. A committee comprised of various Childhaven staff members meet togehter monthly to discuss and review assessments, surveys, and suggestions made by stakeholders including staff, clients, and community partners. The committee works to implement solutions to the areas needing improvement.
