Houseparents
Houseparents live in the group homes with the children, and are responsible for their daily care. Typically, both husband and wife are full time employees. Single applicants are welcomed.
Relief Staff
This is a part-time position that includes an overnight stay from 1 to 3 nights per week. Multiple people serve in this role and rotate through shifts.
Program Social Worker
Licensed social workers or license eligible social workers serve as case managers for the children, and supervise house parents. They are responsible for case planning, reviewing, and monitoring, and for communicating with the referral source concerning the progress of the child.
